Contract Help!

So I’ve been ploughing through contracts and I’ve been struggling on the ANBA challenge for 12 front flips on the donkey on the extreme track(can’t remember the spelling)
Is there anyway to “boost” the flips?
Ps just been watching a Shady stream and picked up if you have a don’t release gas challenge, you can still use throttle control just don’t release the trigger.
