A couple more TAS observations

I've got to say "The Terratin Incident" is the first episode they really couldn't have done live action. So even though it was a little cheesy, I appreciated it. Also, notwithstanding the title, I kept thinking they were saying "terrapin" until Spock explained it.
Anyone else think "The Time Trap" is suspiciously similar to the plot of Elite Force (the video game)? I kept waiting for an extra-galactic mantis to show up outta nowhere at the end.
