Enclosure size question!!

Iām looking to convert one of my tanks into a vertical enclosure for a baby whites tree frog. I have a 20 gallon and a 10 gallon and was wondering if a 20 would be too big for a baby? Iām also planning on getting 2 frogs but would a 20 be too big for them ? Should I go with the 10 for now?
