WOOL!! Don’t always assume more layers (especially on hands and feet) equal more warmth. If it restricts your blood flow you will be COLD. Try smart wool base layers with a looser set of cotton long johns on top and then the right outer layers to battle the wind. Stay moving and spend your time when your not working conditioning yourself to the cold (less clothes, cold showers). Good luck my friend!
