Best heatsink and ESC fan recommendation for Xmaxx

I’ve heard this 6s revo esc (currently installed, original xmaxx burned out on previous owner) is prone to burning out and I dread the day that comes but I’m a super OEM guy at the moment and want to keep it that way for now. This esc has a fan but is there a better upgrade for it?
