Like the title says, I am rebuilding a used slash I picked up pretty cheap. I thought it was a good deal, but pretty much everything is/was messed up so I'm rebuilding more or less the whole thing. It has the velineon 3s motor.
It has the stock servo, and is very old and slow so looking for advice on what to upgrade to. Want something decent/better that doesn't break the bank.
Also want transmission recommendations. Am considering the magnum 272r from Traxxas, or the pro line racing transmission. Anyone had both? Or know of something better?
Also need tire recommendations, idk how the stock Traxxas tires are for the slash, but I could get a set of those. Was wondering if anyone had something else to recommend. Was considering a few options from pro line
I plan to mostly use this slash on the street. I already have a few other rcs for bashing.
