I spent the morning playing a lot then didn’t log in for a few hours. Came back to a loading screen only for about an hour, I couldn’t get in but it doesn’t seem anyone else was having the problem. Sent a support email, got no response, restarted my phone, I log in through my iPhone Game Center. I deleted the app, then redownloaded it. Now everything is gone. It sent me to the tutorial, I have nothing and can’t even go into a settings menu yet to try to contact support through the app. I just spent a fair amount of money (and time) getting cards completed (only need 2 gold cards) so I’m devastated at the possibility of losing all this. Still no reply from support, never messaged them so no idea how long it normally takes.
