Can a travel nursing agency help me break my hospital contract?

I've never worked as a travel nurse before. I graduated in 2019 have a 2 year contract with my hospital in exchange for a $10000 bonus. I still owe them 7 of the 24 months but my floor is (on 1/11) increasing in acuity, increasing patient census, taking covid patients, and adding untrained staff (pulled from closed clinics) that we are to orient for 10 shifts then expect them to work as inpatient nurses.
I feel that if I'm going to do all this anyway then I might as well take on a travel contract and really get paid for it.
