So cal is definitely meh. Big Sur and north of there is absolutely stunning and the farther north you go, the more green and less populace it becomes. San Diego is ok, skip the rest up to San Luis Obispo…go north from there. It’s like a different state. I live in PA and see why you feel meh about that, and I believe your assessment is correct. 😂
