How many find ADHD meds help?

I was just curious how many of you folks find a decrease in hypoarousal symptoms from ADHD meds?
I've found incredible success using ADHD meds but I've found it makes me stuck in a hyperarousal state and makes it hard to wind down. Wondering other people's experiences. Thanks.
