Hello, I'm 25(she/her) and in need of more working out. I'll soon have access to a gym even. I want to work out in leggings but I'm worried the gaffs I have aren't going to hold. I bought of bunch of these gaffs from amazon and they work really good for just normal activity. I almost never have a "pop out" but I feel with exercise it will be inevitable. I've read people using surgical tape but I don't think that would work well because of how often I have to use the bathroom. I've heard some say the gaffs that are made with a tube sock and a waste band are a lot better. I might just need to give the gaffs I got a try but I thought I would ask around for some ideas.
