I’m stuck living with my parents for an indeterminate amount of time due to covid. They’re both against hormones so I can’t start them.

What moves can I take right now to feminize myself in at least some sort of way? Or at the very least, what can I do to prepare me for when I finally can go back out on my own again and not give a fuck? It’s been over 6 months and I’m so tired of stagnating in perma-boymode.
