I’m so clueless I have no idea what to do

I am MTF but not out yet. I’m 19 and I say I just realized recently but I’ve been having these feeling since I was probably 5 or so. Every couple years the feelings resurface and I push them deep down again but this time I’m not going to do that. I’m going to come out and I’m going to transition. I’m just so confused. What do I need to do to get onto HRT? I have so many questions and I’m realizing I don’t know anything about being trans and I’m confused and I don’t know where to begin after coming out.
