Is this a normal thing for the game? I'm on x4 speed, and the horses look like they're running at a normal pace, but I zoom in, and their legs are glitching out due to the higher speed. Is there no way to run the game at a pace that is actually quick, or is this just a problem for the steam era? I've not gotten too far in. I'm only done with the first mission, but the lack of an actual decent speed up is driving me nuts.

And as for difficulty, I assume this game is just too easy forever, right? Money seems trivial to acquire. Is there a way to get around this, or am I just playing a virtual train building thing?
Being autistic I like trains, so it's not an issue. I'm just wondering. Edit : just reached over a million earnings and yea this is fun as fuck lmao
