Exporting uncollected transmog list

I'm sure this has been asked and answered before, but I'm failing at search-fu. Is there an easy means (either assisted by addon or in the base interface) to export a list of all the transmogs a character is eligible for, but hasn't collected? Ideally with the in-game location information? Bonus points if it is in CSV or some other data-processing-useful form.
I'd like to set about systemically checking stuff off the list, but to do that, I'd like to HAVE a list. Making one by hand is a non-starter.
