Is there really a prevalence of eating disorders among those who are trans? I’ve heard countless amounts of stories from those who are trans who suffered from ED and some even coming from those who are in the NB/tucute crowd. My question is: is there really an epidemic of ED among trans people (and the NB/tucute crowd)? If so, why do you believe that is? I’m open to your answers and your stories. I have body image issues and a bad relationship with food but I don’t think I can compare our stories if your situation with these are related to dysphoria. Are they related?
