Clone a Willy and soft packer

I’m thinking of making a clone a Willy of my Metawurst packer so it will be hard enough for play. I think I can hold it at the right angle to get an erection out of it. Is there any reason I can’t use the casting material with a silicone packer? Has anyone had luck cloning a silicone prosthetic?
