Recommend me resources for learning please

I want to translate music primarily (but also manga, games, anime, etc). Any books, articles, videos, etc that could help me learn? As I have not really done much of this before. I understand translation is a skill and that it requires fluency in both languages (and reading/writing in both languages), and that it comes from practice, but I don't think simply doing the same thing over and over will benefit me much.
