I was talking to my Dr's @ PP about getting a referral for an orchiectomy and they had one of the nurses call me back with a list of surgeons who provided the service. She also suggested that having an orchi could complicate a vaginoplasty (something about scar tissue) and I should check with my surgeon before having it done. I'm still researching surgeons and haven't even had a surgical consult but I'd like to have the orchi done asap and get off the spiro. Has anyone else been told this or is the nurse just misinformed?
