Question about FFS recovery times

I am going to have FFS done in 2 batches. The first will be brow reduction, chin and jaw reduction and lip lift. The second will be rhinoplasty.

How long is the recovery from FFS. I have a very public facing job and I am trying to figure out how long to schedule for my recovery. I have to schedule around the busy times of the year for my job (I am a teacher) but I also want this done! I could get away with one or two weeks but more than that and I will need to have to schedule around the busy time at my work.

Also, my scars from surgery seem to always turn out really dark, how does one hide the scars on the head/face as they are recovering?
