Context: I’m like 8 mos postop bottom surgery. I get wet easily when aroused.

Twice now I’ve had a sex dream and woken up because I was so wet - is this like a wet dream as an AMAB Teen or is it equivalent to getting hard pre op (like May get hard from dream while asleep and not know)?

I’m not sure but has anyone else experienced this? The last one I was literally so so wet I had to get up and put a towel down and change my panties. I will say also, it’s only happened when I’m “past due” an orgasm. If I get off weekly I’m fine but like this week it’s been over 2 weeks since I’ve done it and this happened.
