I’m trying to get prepared for hair transplants and am pretty set on going to gabel. I have a few more thousand to save up but hoping to schedule it soon. For those who have had this done (specifically gabel, but others also) were there any unexpected things to be aware of or other costs? I’m planning to get 2000 grafts to round my hairline out and cover my FFS scar.

I plan to fly back to Boston first class (I did this w my FFS and it was def a good choice). Planning to go alone. Will I need a specialty pillow to be able to sleep? Did U fly home w gauze around your head still? (I flew back w ace wrap around my head w ffs). Idk anyone who personally has had this done so appreciate any and all feedback!
