I’m very strongly considering an orchiectomy and completely unsure about any surgeries after. What I would really like to know is regarding sensation. What currently sexually stimulates me the most and feels the most gender euphoric is a firm palm with a slow circular and or downward motion while the gonads are inguinal (tucked). I would say this isnt particularly stimulating any singular part of my anatomy but rather a combination alongside my own perception and acceptance of this as indeed “rubbing my clit.”
First, is this Muffing? Bellwether, save me! I really can’t tell. Some descriptions make me think it is, others make me think muffing is intended to be direct stimulation to the gonads. From what i sense, (or maybe just wish it so due to dysporia of having testicles?!) the act i enjoy and describe here is stimulating the testicles but perhaps in a more passive or peripheral way than true Muffing, if stimulating them at all? Can anyone please help me confirm or deny this as Muffing, or have a better term i can use?
Secondly, where it would apply to folks who have had a standalone orchiechtomy (prior to full bottom surgery, that is)… do you lose any sensation when engaging in anything resembling the stimulation I describe above? Frankly I’m confused in how much my testicles play into “rubbing my clit.” I like to think my outside ovaries are functionless, dysphoric, dull and painful distractions only causing me grief, hiding away for good reason. Please pitch in if you think it will help me determine this and my decision!
Thirdly, how well does this procedure aid in tucking if you do or did?
Finally, and less pressing, I am advised to proceed in maintaining any “extra” skin if uncertain what is to follow for it’s useful application in next phase bottom surgery if you have any added facts or disclaimers regarding that as well. Thank you for the trans healthcare Reddit, has served me better than my primary care doctor in such areas. 💜
