FFS age 50+?

I'm 52, on HRT for about 20 years. Super healthy. Does anyone have reliable info or experiences about FFS in my age group? Are the results satisfying? At this age, are there other procedures you'd choose (beyond usual FFS procedures)? How's recovery been?
Fwiw, I'm choosing between Facialteam Marbella and Bensimon.
