Recently I had a BA with which I am generally pleased. My understanding on nipples is that men, and therefore transwomen tend to have nipples which are more laterally positioned than cis women. Given this, when an implant is placed, nipples will tend to be more lateral to the chest and not as centered on the breast. The larger the implant, the worse this will be.
Is my understanding correct? Is this how it must be? If I want to get larger implants in the future do I have any options to have nipples that are more centrally located on my breasts?
I will admit to wishing I had been provided better information regarding this, hell even a visualization would’ve been nice.
