Edit: please forgive the title, I suppose it’s a breast augmentation.

Hey everyone. I am currently trying to select the implant size for an upcoming BA. I have settled on 375cc moderate or moderate plus. How does one select a size with any knowledge of what it might look like when considering chest size, existing breast tissue, and all the other variables? Specifically, how can I know with any certainty that the size and shape chosen will look like breasts (similar to cis female breast tissue and not like a small boob on a large flat plate) and won’t be too large that it looks completely artificial? I assume I am basically asking the impossible but there must be some metrics we are able to make decisions.
