Do you want your hips & butt to look good in clothes & naked, or just in clothes?

I think liposuction is an effective treatment that can feminize a body, but I don’t recommend transfers. I’ve had lipo 360 twice & grafting to the hips & butt, about a year apart. It is not photo perfect. I have imperfections, I have cellulite. Some fat is guaranteed to die after the transfer, & it can not be guaranteed where or how much. The recovery is brutal. I still wish I had more volume. Knowing what I know now, going through everything twice & seeing the final results of both, I would choose hip & butt implants. Much more symmetrical, smooth appearance with guaranteed volume & easier recovery
