Hi fellow trans friends,
Thirty year old trans woman here. I really want to stop testosterone in my body. I don’t know my current levels, but I’m considering an orchiectomy. I just don’t know much about these things as I’m shy when talking to my doctor.
I started HRT, estradiol, last October, and I started spiro last March. Is this considered far too early to even be seriously considering the procedure?
My clinic is specifically an LGBT one, so I shouldn’t get much pushback, but what do I say? Is it a basic enough surgery that I don’t need to be selective with who does it?
