I had my full depth vaginoplasty in May of 2022 with Dr. Christopher McClung. Everything went smoothly until September/October of 2022 when I noticed it was becoming more and more difficult to dilate and was impossible to participate in penetrative sex.

I saw him in November of 2022 and he requested an immediate revision surgery for the following week because scar tissue was causing it to close. So I went through with it.

Fast forward to today and yet again, my vagina is closing up regardless of how often I dilate or attempt to have penetrative sex.

I don’t really want to have to go through a third surgery if I don’t have to but I don’t want to lose my vagina.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I live in Ohio and am open to seeing another doctor if possible. I’d like to consider getting a colon vaginoplasty to have good depth.
