A new technology was developed, able to transfer the "souls” (the exact definition of this new found energy is still pending) between two bodies. Of course this technology was pretty controversial and pretty quickly banned by pretty much every country in the world. The only exception is in Indonesia where some corrupt investors were able to convince a local government to make an exception for a small uninhabited Island. Immediately multiple resorts were built with people from all over the world coming to experience a world in a different body. The most popular stay is the "Swap roulette" where you get randomly assigned the body of a different participant and live in it for a week.
Disaster struck though as whoever was in my body was involved in a car accident. With him or her dying and my body getting damaged way too much to live in further. The Hotel gave me the option to continue life in her body being paid regular compensation. I ultimately accepted.
Hey this is my basic prompt of starting a new life in a new Body. If you want to play it out with me you can either GM it or play someone in my new life. If you want to be in the same situation, we could also make it that 2 Friends were killed in the Accident and so we are now stranded together in their bodies.
