We are two friends or any other type of relationship. We have been cursed through (insert whatever curse activation method we decide) and undergo changes each day, everyday at 12pm, midday.

The tfs stack and can be anything from small height change to full feral changes.

As for the 'stacking', no change gets undone, but can be overwritten. This means that one of us can gain a cat tail one day then bunny ears the next but still have the cat tail, stacking changes. However one day that tail might change to a dragon tail, overwriting changes.
