I quickly jump up from the sofa as the doorbell rings, giving the lounge one quick glance over. As a student I must admit I often neglect cleaning my small apartment, but today I've put in the effort. The kitchen has been scrubbed, carpets hoovered, surfaces wiped. My cosy little flat, with the lounge and kitchen on the bottom floor and a narrow staircase leading up to my bedroom and bathroom on top, is probably cleaner than when I moved in. And that's for one specific reason:

The landlord is coming.

To be fair you aren't that bad of a landlord. The rent is pretty cheap, and on the few occasions I've had to delay payment you've been reasonable about it. When something has broken you've come to fix it, usually popping over yourself to see what the trouble is and if you can sort it personally. And today is one of those days. The hot water has stopped working, and after a quick phone-call you agreed to come round and see if you can do anything about it.

Opening the door, I greet with you a warm smile, beginning to re-explain the problem I'd told you about over the phone. With an acknowledging nod you step past me, walking through the cosy rooms and into the kitchen. Turning on the hot tap, your hold your hand beneath the water before confirming that it is indeed cold. Turning back to me, you give me a smile.

'Ah... the hot water valve has probably been knocked loose,' you say with another nod of the head as you head past me and towards the stairs, 'It sometimes happens in this flat. It'll only take me two seconds to fix, I'll just have to pop up to the bedroom and faff about with the pipes in the back of the wardrobe.'

'In the back of the wardrobe...' I say, colour fading from my face behind you, head going light.

'Yeah,' you continue, unaware of the feeling of doom growing inside me, 'This is an old block of flats, they built them strangely in those days. Should only be a second though.'

As you make your way up the stairs my mind races, trying to think of an excuse to stop you. Perhaps I can offer to do it myself? Maybe I can say I need to rush to class and that you should do it later? But every trail of thought ends in a cul-de-sac, only succeeding in letting you get one step closer. Walking into my room, part of me considers physically holding you back, telling you not to look. But as your hand reaches out, pulling on the knob for the old wardrobe, I know it's too late.

When the door swings open, you instantly know my secret. Inside the wardrobe are hangers and hangers of dresses and skirts, skimpy little outfits hanging alongside more formal options. On the floor as rows of shoes, mostly heels but also some flats. And in the drawers below you can see the frilly and lacy hems of lingerie, peaking out from their over-filled containers. You turn back to me, a little sheepishly. The contents of the wardrobe wouldn't look too out of place... were I not a young man.

'Umm... yeah...' is all my nervous mouth can admit.

But little do I know that this would be the spark that begins a very fulfilling relationship.

Hey there! In this prompt I would like to play a young man whose cross-dressing habits are discovered by his landlord. Through a series of scenes, this will lead to my character becoming increasingly feminised and eventually fully transitioning, as well as our characters entering a friendly then romantic relationship. I would like this RP to be long-term and detailed. In a partner I'm looking for someone who enjoys the non-sexual as much as the sexual, and especially someone who can express the thoughts and feelings of their character in detail.

In your response, please include a bit of information about the kind of character you would like to play. Perhaps you're a multi-millionaire who owns many different properties, or maybe you're just an average person who owns one or two? Perhaps you're married and start an affair with my character, or maybe you're single and looking for a new girlfriend? Are you looking for a partner, a trophy wife, or a surrogate daughter to treat like a princess? There are lots of different directions we can take this, and as long as they include romance and feminisation I'm open to (pretty much) all of them.

Also please let me know if you have any preferences for my character, I'm always very fluid with the characters I like to play. One idea I had is that my character is an international exchange student, so if there are any nationalities you would like to play against then let me know.

My main kinks are romance, feminisation, incest, cumplay/bukkake/gokkun, D/s (with me as the s), outfits and lingerie, build-up, free use, taking orders, name calling (feel free to call me a slut or a whore, especially out-of-RP if you're so inclined ;) ) and group sex. My limits are u18s, excessive pain, non-con and skat/watersports. Not all these kinks need to be included in the RP, but this should give you a good overview of my likes and dislikes.

I try to respond at least once per day or two, although sometimes real life will get in the way. I write in the first person present, and generally try to write detail, liking around 3 paragraphs per response (although of course that fluctuates). In your response, I'd like you to include a little bit about the character you would like to play, your kinks, and how you imagine this RP developing. The more detail you can include the better, the first message is super important to me, and short or detail-lacking messages are a bit of a turn-off. I usually leave prompts up a little while before replying, so don't feel the need to rush your response. I'll try and reply to everyone, but short messages which don't give me much to work with probably won't get a response.
