It's a time of turmoil throughout the galaxy. The Clone Wars have been going on for what seems like years. It’s taken quite a toll on the Jedi Order, and I can see most Jedi masters having changed through the war. The council senses something, and I do too. I’m constantly having these incredibly vivid dreams of me in battle, but it’s not me? It’s a woman. No… it’s me?!

Of my life all I remember is the Jedi Temple and those around me. I'm about 27 years old now and I'm very close to becoming a jedi knight. I never really got along with any of the other padawans growing up. My body is rather frail and then and I’m not the most athletic, but I know my way around a lightsaber and my use of the force is some of the best amongst my class.

I tell my master and the council, and they take great interest in my dreams. Something about a prophecy of a “Mother of the Force” They say it’s me, but how..? I’m a man. This doesn’t make any sense.

The council has said I don’t need to worry about minor details like that. It’s almost as if they have some sort of plan they aren’t telling me about. Everyone has been extra nice and kind to me since I told them about my dreams. They keep talking about some sort of “chosen one.” Are they talking about me? I think I heard someone say something about a pregnancy?!

Hope you liked what I wrote so far! If you haven’t gathered it, this is a prompt focused on gender transformation set during the prequel era of the Star Wars Saga. I left a good amount of the specificity ambiguous so we could discuss story elements together. Who are you in this world? Are you my Master, a member of the council, or maybe even a Sith who has sensed my importance to the balance of the force? Maybe you’re up to being a GM that controls my whole world as I go on this journey presented in front of me.
