While exploring a local interactive museum, I find an exhibit on clothing throughout history. I see all kinds of beautiful outfits, wondering how they must have been to wear. As it turns out, however, I may not have to wonder for long! A wrong turn causes me to stumble into a strange backrooms area with a large, ornate closet. I usually like to play by the rules, but... no one is around, and I feel my curiosity get the better of me. I creep over to the closet and slowly open it, trying to see what's inside. As I slowly reach my hand in, I feel some cloth wrap around my arm, and begin to pull me in. I'm pulled through a wormhole, waking up in a whole new time and place to pick up the pieces...

Heya! I'd like to do an rp where I'm sent back in time to a different historical place and era, my personality slowly shifting to fit in more with the local area. This wouldn't strictly be identity death as I'd prefer to still keep parts of myself and have memories of my old life, but I would try to hide it to not make any issues arise. Aspects of my clothes and even my physical appearance could change to reflect the local area. You could play as either a GM, someone who's always lived in the place I end up in, or a modern day friend who gets sent back in time with me! I'm willing to be flexible with where I/we end up; 50's US, ancient Japan and Victorian England are the ones that come to mind, but I'm open to more unique concepts for sure!
