Why did I take this job again? Well, money. The local lord had recently doubled the bounty to an absurd figure. And fame. To do what so many adventurers had set out to, only to never return.

But as I trudge through the bog, another awkward stumble throwing foul smelling bog water on my face, refreshing the acrid taste of it as it somehow always manages to get in my mouth, I question if it is really worth it. Avoiding the path was my genius method of getting the drop on the Witch of the Wilds. The path was surely layered with many of her charms and traps. It was certainly covered in enough skulls, KEEP OUT signs and ominous markings. The downside of staying off the path, of course, is the environment that the path was created to avoid. And the fact that it was very easy to get horribly lost. Especially considering the thickening fog around me. Not much to do but keep on and hope for the best.

It was getting dark by the time a patch of dry land appeared before me. Exhausted by hours of painstaking step after step through the viscous bog water, I collapse forward, pulling my feet free, taking a few minutes to rest. I had the niggling sense of being watched, but it was taking a backseat to the overwhelming wave of exhaustion hitting me. I manage to drag myself forward a few metres, only to find myself pressed up against a hard wood wall. I could barely see it in the fog, but this must be it. The Witch's hut.

A giggle sounds, appearing to come from everywhere and nowhere all at once. A shiver down my spine, I spring to my feet and draw my sword. This perhaps wasn't going so well. Another giggle hits as the fog around me turns a bright pink, confusion the last thing I feel as my vision starts to go blank and I collapse to the ground.

Hope you enjoyed the starter, just trying to set the scene and flex my writing a little. The gist of it: I'm playing an adventurer who heads off to nab the Wicked Witch of the Wilds, a legend in these parts. My character isn't quite up to the task, and gets turned into a woman for his trouble.

I'm planning to play a character who perhaps wasn't the smartest out there, more reliant on braun than brains. And now having to rely completely on other things. I do prefer to play bratty and defiant, at least at first also!

So, where do you come in? Where do we take our story from here? Great questions! I wanted to leave it fairly open ended. I am open to original characters and GMs both, so let me know what you're thinking! Perhaps my character wakes up to find herself a toy for this witch of ours. Who of course, possesses a cock. What self respecting witch doesn't, after all? Or perhaps they find themselves left in the woods outside of the witch's jurisdiction, a new body as a reminder not to fuck with her. Either naked or very skimpily dressed, of course. For story reasons. Maybe stumble upon another adventurer or party, or bandits, or anything really. Much more open ended. Also open to any other ideas you may have! I'm easy and enjoy creativity.
