My name is Dan, at least it was. A fairly typical 25-year-old straight guy that doesn't really stand out in a crowd.

I was riding on my bike to work one day when all of a sudden I felt something slam into the side of me. The next moments were all a blur. I remember seeing paramedics, the inside of an ambulance and then a series of doctors at the hospital. I don't really remember it happening as a series of connected events, but more a series of flashes.

Then I opened my eyes and things came into focus, I was laying in a hospital bed but something felt a little strange. It wasn't like the hospital I remembered being in before, it seemed a lot more advanced and sophisticated.

"Doctor Reeves? The patient is awake!" I heard a female voice call out. A moment later a Doctor came in.

"Don't try to move just yet, we have a lot to explain to you." I lay back and listened, I guessed it must have been fairly serious.

"So Dan, you were in an accident, a pretty serious one and you were in very bad shape. So we had to perform an experimental procedure. You've heard of heart transplants? Well, I don't know how to tell you this, but in order to save your life we had to perform an experimental body transplant."

They encouraged me to sit up and that is when I saw that I wasn't just in another body I was in a female one, she had been dianosed as brain dead but otherwise healthy and the proceedure had implanted my conciousness into her body saving my life.

They explained that I was in a different town from where I lived, and the donor body lived and I would be set up with a new identity. They said it would be sort of like when someone goes into the witness protection program, so no one would know I who I used to be. I had to start a new life as a woman.

There would also be an unexpected side effect, where some elements of the donor body's personality develops within me, not specific memories about their life, but things like preferences, desires, emotions, kinks etc. Also, how their perspective on things too. So I begin to develop and change to be more like she would have been, but I still retain my memories and sense of self so it is not like her mind replaces mine.

So you'd play a guy who will become the love interest for my character. As I begin my new life we'd meet somehow and develop a bond which only gets stronger.

I'm very open to what my character will become so I want to take your likes and preferences into account.

I am open to playing as any age between 20-60, and any ethnicity. But you'd be a similar age and ethnicity to my new body.

My body's desires would mean I become attracted to you and we develop feelings. I see this as a slow burn mental transformation after I am already in my new body.

Transformation Optional Elements: Age Progression (To become a similar age to your character - I am not a fan of age gaps between my final character and my RP partner), Ethnic / cultural changes (To become the same Ethnicity as your character)

Kinks: oral, anal, romance, lingerie, impregnation,

Limits: bathroom stuff, death, violence, incest, BDSM, age gaps between your character and the woman I'll become (I'll become a similar age to you)
