Thanks for clicking on this! I'll try, in the best of my ability to explain the basic concept that I am searching for. When the title there mentions 'bullying' I am not talking on the harsh, hate-speech type stuff. While some verbal play is fun, and allowed- I am more speaking on like classic-sort of bullying. Things I include in such (which I rather fancy) are:

• Wedgies!: A really big kink for me. Though, ideally with other clothes on, and not just underwear. A world, where these things are the norm, or perhaps more frequent. There could be a hierarchy of sorts in the world. 'Nerds' and their "Bullies.' Wedgied too much by one particular person, and suddenly they are that person's nerd. Maybe Bullies are respectful to other Bullies' nerds; or, they could be not and try to collect as many as they want! Some Bullies could make their nerds write their names on the tag of their panties, and other fun-silly things!Of course, sex and more mature kinks are more than welcomed in this world!In general, here are my kinks:

But, what I am looking for, is to craft a world together with someone, where the bullying and kinky-nature of things is more common play. Everything I mentioned above, but with also normal day to day goings. One could be going to work and bam! Suddenly, they are on the tips of their toes, panties being pulled. Or, a finger shoved into their ears. Or, suddenly in a rough fucking! One's life can completely be changed, altered by simple acts. One day, a normal member of society- their panties get pulled and now they're someone's nerd. Life is unforgiving!

Depends on the concept though; say we wanted something more mundane and go with a University setting/World. The whole Bully-Nerd concept fits well! Characters going to classes and so on, while also trying not to be claimed by a bully and such! However, we could go more adventurous in concept.

An apocolpyic type world. The new world order has the Bullies in charge, and being a nerd is rather rough and hard to avoid! Monsters. demons, and so on- after panties and humans to bully into their toys. Surviving is avoiding these things, but one's whole life can change!

Fantasy adventure/RPG like; a Hero or Heroes on a journey, where their panties are always in danger and kinda like their health-bars. Perhaps some VR game, or an actual fantasy world.

Rule34/Fandom Setting: Apply these concepts to a fictional World. Jojo's Part VI with Jolyne in Jail could work very well! (Not totally hinting at one of my other posts!) But open for any number of other fictional worlds to dive into and add some bullying changing things!

Open to a setting like Star Wars! But if you have a fictional world you wish to suggest some bullying stuff into, feel free!

I don't know if this has made any sense, but if it has, and has caught your interest- let's get in touch. Preferably through PM's, and not the Reddit-chat system. Nothing against the chat-system, I just do not care using it. Ideally, this would involve more feminine/female characters- not interested in male/super masculine characters doing any sort of bullying and what not.

Any one is open for a partner, as long as one is open to play as a female/feminine character! Just a preference. Also, 3rd-person in terms of writing, please! If one is more open to play as a few characters, and not just a submissive femboy, you go to the top of the list.
