I need to restart my academic career, I never took it serious enough and now I'm mature enough to do its properly. I did CC for 2 semesters, one last spring and another one the spring before that. I did terrible, I wasn't focused at all, I was doing so many things and didn't have a great relationship with my family. Now I've moved back in ( different state) and I want to get a 4.0 and apply to a T25 school in 2 years.
I know I messed up big time, but is there any way I can go to CC in my new state, and aim for a 4.0? I'll start over from 0 and take every credit over. I just need one more chance, I've a different outlook on college now.
What are my options?
You can, however, those grades and gpa from your previous CC will follow you forever. No way to undo it.
Source: been to multiple schools, failed my first two years of school.
Nope 👎 especially if you applied for fafsa or something they have your records

Sure, you can. I go to a top 25 now but had to show drastic improvement and had a 4.0 in my latest years. Universities want to see growth.
