I've been really needing a pick me up. Whenever I confess that I like this name, people never take it seriously. Also, most of the time, people's kneejerk reaction is say they hate it, and by extension, all -bert names. I'm pretty sick of that. I would love it if people would admire the name and actually mean it! It feels really good when that happens.

Tell me how much I deserve the world with friends who understand my unique experience in this world. I'm a nonbinary bisexual Asian American single mom going through a divorce and I want to make deep lasting emotional connections. I want to be happy meeting and connecting with people who understand and validate me and make me feel like royalty. Is that too much to ask?

I tend to have an artistic view on things. I'm a sponge and absorb things through my eyes and it's exhilarating to me to translate my observations to paper. It's so satisfying to show other people the beauty that I see.
