So recently came out as transmasc. And had a hilarious moment talking to my bff about childhood memories.

When I was younger, thinking about my future and what I wanted to be when I grew up always made me feel uncomfortable. So whenever I was asked "what do you wanna be when you grow up?" I came up with, what I thought at the time, was a really clever and funny answer... I told everyone that I was gonna run away to join the circus and become the 'bearded lady'. This would always get people to laugh and distract them enough to not pry more into my lack of career goals.

It's hilarious to me, a 23 year old, afab person, transmasc, who's starting HRT soon. My bff said she can't believe I didn't realise soon hahaha.

Anyone else have funny moments like this that make you want to laugh when looking back.
