How long until T effects stop

Hi, I’ve been on T for just over a year, but a month before my one year I moved to a new country. I haven’t been able to get in to see a doctor due to multiple factors. I was on Reandron shots every 3 months and I am now a month past my due date for my last shot, and I was wondering if anyone else had been in a similar situation and how long it took for the effects (ie. hair growth, no period, etc.) to stop. I mainly just want to know how long until my period comes back :(
