Hi all of you beautiful people! These last couple weeks have felt so…SO hard. I feel like I was hit by the dysphoria train right off of the cliff of hopelessness…
So I thought, what do all of you lovelies do when dysphoria kicks you in the face? Maybe some of our ideas will help others that come across this post as well!
My top go-to’s right now are: - a shower n’ shave - a candle lit bath (kinda the same, I know…) - painting my nails (unless I do a terrible job…) - fun bodily exploration 😈 (pre-HRT, so libido is still up there)
What are some things ya’ll do? I need more in my repertoire!
