Did you tell your spouse you want to transition ASAP or did you take things one step at a time?

When you opened up to your spouse, did you go all out from the getgo...saying you want to start hrt, transition ASAP? Or did you take it slow, maybe start therapy...dress a little here and there...then eventually mention your true feelings about transitioning?
