Context: I work on my local university campus.
When should I fully come out (I.e. make sure all of my coworkers know, and have them change my name in the system and stuff). I will be working over the summer; so I will come out sometime this summer to those co-workers but it won't be with the same people so if I wait, and don't come out this semester, the main people I work with won't know until the fall semester. If I come out now I'll probably feel alot better but it might feel a little rushed(I'd just want them to know).
