how do I tell her

I've recently figured out I'm MTF.i don't know how to tell my parents I'm not sure how they'll react/feel. They've accepted my queer identities,but when I told them I was NB (former identity) mom was accepting and dad just said he doesn't really understand, so I think it should go decently ok, as far as how they personally feel about, but I'm worried how they're gonna feel in terms of thinking about what the rest of my family (grandparents, aunts, uncles, that type of family) will react. but I have anxiety and I over think so I get stressed about stuff like this. What should I do😰?
