Application area for Otokonoko Estrogen Gel?

Has anyone applied Otokonoko s estrogel to the scrotum? Does it hurt? As it’s not clear what the alcohol content is and is the recommended 2mg x 2 times a day safe on scrotum application along with 6.5-12.5mg cypro or will it mess up my levels?
