Does taking too much siterone(cyproterone) cause lactation?

I’ve read things about cypro causing prolactin levels to increase and was wondering what dosage would cause lactation and would it be safe? Would progesterone be needed to produce milk? Not planning on trying it right now because my boobs are still growing but later on I plan on trying it out. Any advice is appreciated. :)
