I want to switch from spironolactone to cyproterone acetate. I currently take 200mg of spiro per day, in two 100mg doses twelve hours apart. My estradiol dose is 20mg, injected intramuscularly every 5 days. I also take 100mg of progesterone per day.
What dose of cypro would I need to be equivalent to my current spiro dose?
Update: I started with 50mg cypro as you recommended and it was ineffective. 75mg was also a bit insufficient, but 100mg seems to be doing very well. I have not had new blood tests yet, this is just judging by how I felt - but it was quite apparent that I was being flooded with testosterone.
