Been on 100mg Spiro for a month, want to start estradiol... Questions about the patch.

I'm in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where medications are cheap and all of them are OTC.

There doesn't seem to be a pill form of just estradiol, so I wanted to see if these patches seem to have enough dosage to start.
