Hi all, I recently just went on HRT, started off with a bottle I bought off Amazon and finished it in 4 weeks, could barely see any change so I went on amazing4health which is a Thailand website and bought some proper HRT products, estrofem 2mg to be exact, I bought 4 packs which will last me about 4 months, Iām wondering is there anything else I need to be taking for my health concerns? Also idk what kind of doctors I can go and consult with about my HRT transition, any help/advice would be great! Thanks š
